BUILDING SCIENCE SERVICES
Our engineering team specializes in comprehensive construction and field reviews, building code analysis, and the rehabilitation of light industrial, and multi-residential buildings across British Columbia.
Structural Assessment & Inspections
Structural assessments and inspections provide vital information about the structural integrity of a building which can be used to determine necessary repairs or replacements and the viability of renovations. Our assessments and inspections are conducted by our licensed professional structural engineers or qualified professional to ensure the structural integrity of our clients’ structures are thoroughly reviewed. At AOB Enterprise, we provide our clients with clear and concise reports of our findings and inform them about the various directions that their project can take.
We work with realtors on residential retro fits to assist in the home renovations.
These visual inspections include pre-purchase inspections of buildings; retrofit and repair of existing buildings; review of building code violations; evaluation of building for occupancy change; and other requested services.

- The first step is the site inspection, which is a systematic recording of the building systems with the use of photographs, note-taking, drawings, and information provided by the property owner.
- Secondly, we analyze the data collected and develop a clear and concise report that includes a summary of the condition of the building’s systems, and tables that reflect the immediate and projected long-term costs of maintaining the building, if required. This information will allow property owners to prepare sufficient funds when a repair or replacement is needed.
Building Condition Assessment
Building condition assessments provide comprehensive building deficiency information and forecast possible future maintenance or repair requirements for a building. These assessments should be conducted on a regular basis; the standard is a three to five- year basis. This can vary depending on the building’s usage, structural integrity, age, and size.

Post Fire Damage Report
AOB Enterprise specialize in concrete, wood, steel and masonry structures both old and new.
